Aircond running all night, room still warm?

How often should I service my aircond in Malaysia?
Normal service every 3 to 4 months if it runs daily. Premium chemical wash once a year, or sooner if it smells or drips.
What's the difference between Normal and Premium?
Normal cleans the filter, cover, blower and coil in place with water. Premium takes the coil and blower out and washes them in chemical, cleans the outdoor coil, fits a new drainage pipe and checks the gas.
Is the gas top-up really free on Premium?
Yes, up to 30% if the pressure is low. If it's low because of a leak, we show you the leak first and quote the repair separately.
Will the price change when you arrive?
No. RM70 or RM150 per unit is what you pay. Anything extra gets shown to you first, and you decide.
Do you service cassette or ducted units?
Yes. Send a photo and we'll price it before we come. Cassette units take longer so the price is higher than wall units.
How long does it take?
Normal service about 30 minutes per unit. Premium about 45 to 60 minutes per unit. We tell you the total when you book.
Do you do offices and shops?
Yes. Three units or more gets the Best Value per-unit price, done in one visit.
